I'm back in Boise for good and wanting to rent/house sit ~

Looking for something within walking/biking distance from downtown Boise and the buses. Preferably with a little grass close by for Molly Bean to 'use' (I'm a fastidious dog owner who ALWAYS picks up!) and with rent around the $400.00 range. I'm not picky and I don't have much stuff... so a studio or 1 bedroom would be perfect.

I'm also a clean, respectful woman, so if you have a house sitting situation, I'm open to that too.

Just want someplace cozy to call 'home'!
